Japanese Garden in Poznań. A challenging project in a remarkable place.

We are proud to announce that we have begun work on the Japanese Garden of Imagination in the Old Zoo in Poznań's Jeżyce district — a project chosen by residents as part of the Poznań Participatory Budget. Across an area of nearly 7,500 m², a unique space for rest, gathering, and education is taking shape, designed in the spirit of traditional Japanese garden art. In this first stage, we will build, among other things, a tea pavilion with a waiting area and a stone "turtle island" on the pond, as well as carry out new planting of greenery. We are conducting all the work with the utmost care and under herpetological supervision, protecting the population of newts that inhabit the site.
